    2025 Course Book Fee

    Beginning on January 1, 2025, all books for both Salesperson Pre-License and Post-License courses will be provided in an eBook/PDF format. 

    Students may purchase a printed copy for an additional fee of $49.  If you have previously attended the course in 2024 or earlier, those versions of the textbook are outdated. A 2025 version of the books needs to be used. 

    You will receive two textbooks:

    • Alabama License Law in Plain English, Fifth Edition (160 pages)
    • MFRES 60-Hour Alabama Salesperson National Textbook (410 pages)

    Ready to earn your real estate license?

    Starts February 3, 2024

    Class times: 6:30 PM CST to 9:30 PM CST
    Monday and Wednesday evenings,
    plus some Saturdays

    The 60-hour Alabama Salesperson Pre-license course is required for any individual wishing to earn an Alabama real estate license and is your first step in your real estate career.  This in an interactive class that uses various teaching techniques to help you learn the material.

    This class will be taught LIVE on-line using ZOOM meetings with a live instructor.  THIS IS NOT A CLASSROOM COURSE.

    Because of this, RELIABLE HIGH-SPEED INTERNET IS REQUIRED TO ATTEND THIS COURSE. A COMPUTER (LAPTOP or DESKTOP) or TABLET IS REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE COURSE. Smart phones are not sufficient to participate in the course.

    Students will also participate in an on-line study course that contains fully-narrated lectures and quizzes to reinforce the material. ZOOM ATTENDANCE and COMPLETION of the on-line study course is REQUIRED for successful completion of the course.

    At the end of the course, students will take the final course exam in person in the classroom or virtually through a third-party testing company at a scheduled time.

    The class meets twice a week ON-LINE via Zoom Mondays AND Wednesdays from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm, with some Saturdays from 9 am to 12 noon, Feb. 22, March 8 and March 22.

    Per Alabama real estate license law students must attend 90% of the classes. This means you may miss three classes total. After you miss the fourth class, you must repeat the course. 

    Cost of the course is $349,  which covers all required e-book books. PDFs of all materials will be provided.  

    Two ways to register:

    • Option #1: Pay $349 in full
    • Option #2: Pay a $149 deposit to hold your seat and balance due on  March 1, 2025.

    You will be directed to PayPal to pay for your course. You may pay with a PayPal account or a regular debit/credit card. You do not need a PayPal account to use this service.

    Registration is only available on-line. If you do not pay your fee within 15 minutes, your registration will automatically be deleted. 

    2025 Course Book Fee

    30-Hour Alabama Salesperson Post-License Course

    February 4, 2025  until March 13, 2025,
    Tuesday & (some) Thursday evenings , 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm

    After passing the state licensing exam and receiving a temporary license,  students must take the required 30-Hour Alabama Salesperson Post-License Course.

    While the pre-license course focused on theory, the post-license course prepares students to be successful real estate students and concentrates on “real world” experiences and situations. Think of it as “real estate agent boot camp”!

    This class will be taught on-line using ZOOM with the instructor. Students may use a computer or tablet to attend. ZOOM ATTENDANCE IS REQUIRED for successful completion of the course.

    IMPORTANT: YOU MUST HAVE BEEN ISSUED AN ACTIVE OR INACTIVE TEMPORARY LICENSE BEFORE BEGINNING THE POST-LICENSE COURSE. NO EXCEPTIONS. THIS IS STATE LAW.

    Schedule: The class will meet on Tuesday and some Thursday nights from 6:30 pm  to 9:30  pm. Alabama license law requires that students attend 90% of the class sessions.

    Cost: $199.  To be paid in full at registration.
